1. Requirements (15 hours required)
   • Take all of the following:
     • HIST 251GS, American History - 3 hours
     • HIST 464, Introduction to Public History - 3 hours
     • HIST 468, Digital History - 3 hours
     • HIST 475, Internship in History - 3 hours
   • Choose one of the following:
     • HIST 405, The Plains Indians - 3 hours
     • HIST 479, Nebraska and the Great Plains History - 3 hours
     • HIST 481, North American Frontiers, 1500-1850 - 3 hours
     • HIST 482, The American West, 1850-present - 3 hours
2. Electives (9 hours required)
   • Choose 3 courses from the following:
     • HIST 465, Community History & Preservation - 3 hours
     • HIST 466, Museums and Archives - 3 hours
     • HIST 475, Internship in History - 3 hours
     • HIST 476, Applied Digital History - 3 hours
     • HIST 495, Topical Studies - 3 hours
