     • ECON 271GS, Principles of Economics, Microeconomics - 3 hours
   • Take 2 courses from:
     • BFIN 316, Insurance - 3 hours
     • BFIN 344, Real Estate Principles - 3 hours
     • BFIN 422, Financial Institutions - 3 hours (Prereq: BFIN 480*)
     • BFIN 476, Short-Term Financial Management - 3 hours
