Pre-Professional Program
in Music Therapy
Students should secure a catalog from the college or university to which they intend to
transfer for completion of the degree in order that effective selection of elective
courses may be made while at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. The following courses
are recommended to meet the requirements of most institutions. Students should be guided,
however, by the specific requirements of the school to which they intend to transfer. This
program can be completed in three years; however, students are urged to consider getting a
degree in music education before transferring.
