- FCSC 220, Food Preparation - 3 hours
- (Prereq: CHEM 145 or CHEM 160 and CHEM 160L)
- FCSC 315, Cultural Perspectives in Food & Nutrition - 3 hours
- FCSC 335, Nutrition Throughout the Life Cycle - 4 hours
- (Prereq: BIOL 215GS, or BIOL 225 and BIOL 226; CHEM 150 or CHEM 160 and CHEM 160L)
- FCSC 420, Community Nutrition - 3 hours
- FCSC 451, Seminar in Nutrition and Dietetics - 1 hour
- C&SP 417, Counseling Skills - 3 hours
General Studies required by minor:
