SPAN 101GS - Beginning Spanish II - 5 hours- Prereq: SPAN 100GS or equivalent
Continuation of 100GS on a more advanced level. (5 hours class/1 hour lab.)
SPAN 102 - Practical Spanish - 3 hours- Prereq: none
A course for renewing or gaining practical speaking skill in Spanish for the prospective business person or traveler to Spanish-speaking countries.
SPAN 103 - Spanish for Professions - 3 hours- Prereq: none
A course designed by the instructor for specific professions (teachers, nurses, police officers, merchants, etc.) to emphasize the essentials of their specific vocabulary and to aid them in dealing with foreign language speakers both in Nebraska and abroad. Often this course is a sequel to SPAN 102, a language course for travelers.

As this course will deal with different authors every semester, and will not present the same topics during the literary studies of a particular student at UNK, it will be possible for the student to take it more than once.
