B. Electives

Take 16 hours of electives not to include BIOL 315GS or 209.01-209.07.
All other courses (BIOL 103GS-BIOL 485) may be used
with the following LIMITATIONS:

BIOL 109GS, Plants and Animals and their Environment - 4 hours

No more than one from:

BIOL 211GS, Human Microbiology - 4 hours (Prereq: A college Biology course)

BIOL 400, Microbiology - 5 hours (Prereq: At least 8 hours of Biology)

No more than one from:

BIOL 460, Genetics - 4 hours (Prereq: Minimum of 8 hours of college Biology; MATH 101 or MATH 112, recommended)

BIOL 461, Human Genetics - 3 hours (Prereq: One college Biology course)

No more than ONE from the following options:

BIOL 215GS, Human Physiology - 4 hours (Prereq: At least one science course after high school biology)
