REFUNDS
Refunds: Tuition, Housing, On-Campus Classes, Etc.
Proportionate refunds will be made for any student withdrawing from school; the student
must complete a withdrawal form from the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Services
Office. Students reducing class loads must complete the Change of Class Schedule form
obtained from the Registrar.
The refund schedule for on-campus classes is as follows :
- Withdrawal Date - Tuition Refund
During the second week - 75%
During the third week - 50%
During the fourth week - 25%
After the fourth week - No RefundStudents withdrawing from UNK and receiving federal or
state deed-based aid, should see Return of Title IV Funds.

Less Than Four Weeks

- Sessions lasting longer than four weeks
- During 2nd week of class - 75%
During 3rd week of class - 50%
After 3rd week of class - No refund
- Sessions lasting less than four weeks
- Before 3rd class meeting - 50%
Before 4th class meeting - 25%
After 4th class meeting - No refund

- Before 5th class meeting - 50%
Before 7th class meeting - 25%
After 7th class meeting - No refund
Note: The refund schedules do not apply to students who are attending UNK for
the first time and who are receiving Title IV Financial Aid.
