ASSESSMENT PLAN
The department will administer a surveys about their experiences in Political Science
classrooms, including evaluation of writing ability improvement, exposure to normative
debated, ability to read empirical findings, knowledge of political processes as well as
an evaluation of the enhancement of the student's vocabulary. The survey will use a
seven-point Likert Scale as a response format. |

These self-reported assessments uniformly indicated students had experienced growth in
each area of cognitive ability. The
department finds these results to be encouraging and we intend to continue doing what we
have done to achieve these positive evaluations. |
